This is my first instrumental album, made up of songs created in the past couple of years using various synthesizers and sometimes guitar. I am shifting towards less guitar.
I try to record music every day, it has always helped me calm down after work or at the end of the day. I guess it's something like meditating. I also find that listening to the music later can help me keep calm and focus. Depending on your brain chemistry maybe it would help you also?
